Lake Keowee real estate in 2023 is going to be quite a ride. Hopefully, we are currently waiting in the queue not really knowing when we will get to the yellow line. All signs point to things taking off as we hit the March time frame. It’s an incredibly good time to make sure your Lake Keowee is in top condition. Take some time to head to your favorite home improvement store and get the tools and supplies you need to do the jobs right. It’s amazing what YouTube will show you how to fix what needs fixing or other sites like http://www.ifixit.com.
Interest rates have ticked down a bit, but not enough to really make a difference. There are a lot of folks sitting on the sidelines, waiting to see where things are heading. That leaves us with fewer things to do this January than last January. So, expect some cool new tools to come out this year as we incorporate the latest technology into our business. What’s better than aerial videos? Nothing (although cherry flavored Pez is a close second) but there could be some things coming down the pike that are pretty fantastic.
Let us know if you’ve seen anything you think we should implement. We’re always open to innovation. Anything we can do to help our customers and clients get the information they need is probably a good thing!
How to Sell Your Home For The Highest Price Possible
Here’s how to avoid mistakes that could cost hundreds, even thousands of dollars, when you sell your home.
The old notion of caveat emptor – “buyer beware” – has been turned on its head. Lately, with all of the talk about “buyers’ markets” and “changing real estate values,” as well as the myriad complexities and legal ramifications of today’s real estate transaction, a more appropriate sentiment may be “seller beware.”
Avoid Problems Before They Happen
Choose your closing attorney carefully.
Consider their fees, recommendations from others who’ve used them, and size ( a large staff doesn’t always mean a better company, but it may mean quick and efficient service?.
While the closing attorney is “not on your side,” you may want to make sure that person isn’t on someone else’s side either.
Make sure your buyer has been approved for financing ahead of time. Otherwise delays in the loan-approval process can extend your closing.
Investigate whether your property may be subject to any liens which may impede title transfer.
particularly if you have owned your home for a long time, there may be liens attached from the past that you weren’t aware of.
Make sure all necessary inspections are completed by qualified inspectors.
