As for Top Guns Realty another exciting week as we were able to list a fantastic UNRESTRICTED Lake Keowee lot. Check out Tract B Golden point by clicking on this link. Tons of opportunities as you can build more than one structure on this property, you can build off of the 800’ counter instead of the 804’ and it has a covered dock in place. Always like to put listings on the market that are a rare find.

Over this past week, we’ve had a couple of good listing presentations on homes that are special. We also have a spectacular waterfront lot that we’re about to put on the market. No closings this week but we do have several coming next week so it’s hard to complain about a little lull. Overall, it’s been extremely busy as we’ve put together 5 sides so we’re just shy of $3M. That’s another good boost to our sales board.

An exciting week as we were able to get one Lake Keowee waterfront lot under contract along with a Lake Keowee area home. No closings this week, but we’re expecting a big bang by the end of the month as we expect to close 7 deals at over $4M in Lake Keowee real estate. We were able to go on a couple of listing presentations and expect to get a couple of new Lake Keowee home listings soon. That’s the kind of July we expect as people are actively looking for that perfect piece of Lake Keowee waterfront. 

Another week to be thankful for here at Top Guns Realty as we were able to close $1,549,500 worth of home and $685,000 worth of Lake Keowee real estate. We also put $1.1M in Lake Keowee waterfront lots under contract. Obviously, we’d like to keep that going and expect we will as we’re putting a new Lake Keowee waterfront lot and maybe a Lake Keowee waterfront home on the market this week. We have a couple of good tours and expect vibrant activity on our current listings, as well.

Busy week, busy weekend, as to be expected along with the higher temperatures come lots of folks looking to lock down their piece of Keowee paradise. Over the weekend we were able to put a Lake Keowee waterfront home, Lake Keowee interior home with a dock slip and a Lake Keowee waterfront lot under contract. For those of you keeping score at home, that’s $4,070,000 in volume on 4 sides! We listed a Lake Keowee home, which we promptly put under contract, as well.

We were able to close just shy of $6M in Lake Keowee waterfront real estate last week. We’ve also added a new contract for a waterfront Lake Keowee lot to the board. We listed a beautiful Lake Keowee waterfront home as well, 640 Crooked Trace Ln. in Timber bay, and expect to list another this week.

We were able to close on a Lake Keowee area home, as well as put some Lake Keowee area acreage under contract over the past week and we listed a Clemson condo. Buyer activity remains strong as properties continue to go under contract. Also, we are seeing an increase in inventory that’s outpacing the buyers by a bit. That’s to be expected this time of year as folks put their Lake Keowee properties on the market when the buyers are out in force. The number of buyers in the market will continue to increase until it hits a high point around mid-July.

So now is an excellent time to put your Lake Keowee property on the market, taking advantage of this increased activity and the want of folks to get in with plenty of summer to enjoy. There are plenty of folks who NEED to get out and relax with a self-powered sojourn on a kayak!

We’ve also had several folks who have been ready to sell and move up to something new on the lake. After many months of low rainfall, we’ve finally hit the jackpot around Lake Keowee. Over the past several days we’ve seen around 5 inches of rain. It’s a good start, but we’ve still a ways to go to get everything back to normal. It was kind of a bummer for the Memorial Day Weekend, but hopefully you found your way to some events to honor our men an women who died while serving the United States or did it in the privacy of your own home.
