It was yet another great week as we were able to put 3 Lake Keowee waterfront lots and a Lake Keowee waterfront townhome under contract. Over the past week, we’ve been able to add another Lake Keowee home to the market at 110 Nautica Point. This home sits on a fantastic lot and has a cool fire pit, a beach and a covered dock with lift in place. We were also able to close on a Cliffs Falls South lot. While not as good as last week, we’ll still take it. 

An exciting week for Lake Keowee Real Estate Experts Mike and Matt Roach as we’ve been able to list a Lake Keowee waterfront lot, close on a $6.3M Lake Keowee waterfront home and put another $2.8M Lake Keowee home under contract. We’re also putting another Lake Keowee waterfront home on the market at the end of the week. Those are the activities of a successful week for us that we hope to continue at a similar pace (going to be tough).

We were able to list a Lake Keowee waterfront lot over the past week and will be closing on $8M in Lake Keowee waterfront real estate next week. Hopefully, we’ll add a couple of really neat Lake Keowee waterfront homes to the market, as well. It’s that time of year! Yes, it is!!

Another successful week adding a waterfront lot to the under-contract pile while also working on another contract and finalizing the details on a few new Lake Keowee home listings. It’s that time of year and folks are starting to think about making the most of their summers by owning a piece of Lake Keowee real estate. Obviously, there are a few headwinds out there with impending gas price shocks, etc., but we don’t believe they will have a major effect on springtime sales. 

Things have been hopping here at Lake Keowee real estate experts Mike and Matt Roach’s office. We’ve been able to add a couple of great listings back to the market, 236 Joe Jen & 308 Treetops, and are working on several more. Also, we’ve put two houses and 2 lots under contract. That’s more than $8M in Lake Keowee real estate in little more than a week! On the days it’s warm enough for the moss to grow under our feet, that ain’t happening.
