Before you know it July 4th will be here. Around Lake Keowee it’s a BIG celebration with many communities putting on fireworks displays, cookouts, get-togethers, shin-digs, not to mention the occasional hootenanny. It’s absolutely the height of the season for Lake Keowee. It’s also the peak of Lake Keowee real estate season.

Right around July 4th is the busiest time for all of our marketing outlets when it comes to views and engagements. It is also the busiest time for actual feet on the properties. It’s certainly the best time to have your Lake Keowee real estate on the market. And we still have time to make that happen. How was last week? Incredible as we were able to get 2 Lake Keowee homes under contract along with 2 Lake Keowee waterfront lots.
