This change hasn’t stopped folks from buying and selling Lake Keowee waterfront real estate as we’ve been able to close on just shy of one million dollars’ worth of it over the past week. Another good week as we have been able to close on a $1.4M Lake Keowee waterfront house and have a line on a couple of good new listings. The buyers have been a bit slower this week, but as the weather gets consistently warmer that will take care of itself. Make sure you take time to check out our current listings. Have some special ones you may find exciting. Who knows, you may have a friend who would need a place close by you can use to take the kids from time to time.

Business continues to be good. We closed on a couple of Lake Keowee waterfront lots last week and just listed an incredible home at 519 Beacon Shores Drive. The market continues to be hot with buyers anxious to get in on a Lake Keowee property before the summer season is in full swing we’re trying our best to help!

We’re declaring the warm and sunny season around Lake Keowee currently as we head out to do our Lake Keowee real estate work in shorts. In the mornings when it’s 40 degrees, it’s maybe not such a great idea, but by the middle of the day when the temperature hits 70 degrees we look like soothsayers. The flowers are emerging and the leaves are starting to sprout on the trees. Just makes you feel good!

The views around Lake Keowee are absolutely stunning this time of year. The air is crisp and the leaves are going into full-on exquisite mode. The change in air temperature has also led to the lake fog effect giving us those gorgeous Lake Keowee mornings with thick mist dancing on the water. Just have to love this time of year!
