A good end of October week for us here at Top Guns Realty as we added two Lake Keowee interior homes, 123 Summit Pine in Cedar Creek and 4 Commodore in Keowee Key. Both homes fit great spots in their respective listing categories with Commodore being the lowest priced home in Keowee Key and Summit Pine having a great long-range view with a boat slip in the community boat slip area. We’re excited about the prospect of them going under contract soon!

We’ve had good activity over the past week as we’ve been able to land a new Lake Keowee interior home listing in the Cedar Creek community and a new Lake Keowee waterfront listing, Lot 20 Wilderness Cove. It’ll be up and running in a couple of days, once we’re able to coordinate all the media production. We’re also working on a couple of buyer contracts, hoping to bring them to fruition here soon.

A nice week for us here at Top Guns Realty as we were able to close on a Lake Keowee waterfront lot and a home off the lake. We also added a listing to the fold which will be coming on in the next couple of days; a nice Lake Keowee waterfront lot with DOCK IN PLACE!

Another incredibly busy week as we were able to put a Lake Keowee interior lot with boat slip under contract and two Lake Keowee waterfront lots. We were also able to close a Lake Keowee waterfront home, a Lake Keowee waterfront lot and a Lake Keowee interior lot with boat slip. Looks like we hit for the cycle! We hope to do it again this week.

A good number of folks are enjoying getting out and looking at Lake Keowee real estate. Over the past week we were able to close on a Lake Keowee waterfront home, as well as list and put under contract a waterfront Stoneledge townhome. An exciting week for Lake Keowee Real Estate Experts Mike and Matt Roach as we’ve been able to list a Lake Keowee waterfront lot, close on a $6.3M Lake Keowee waterfront home and put another $2.8M Lake Keowee home under contract. We’re also putting another Lake Keowee waterfront home on the market at the end of the week. Those are the activities of a successful week for us that we hope to continue at a similar pace (going to be tough).

We were able to list a Lake Keowee waterfront lot over the past week and will be closing on $8M in Lake Keowee waterfront real estate next week. Hopefully, we’ll add a couple of really neat Lake Keowee waterfront homes to the market, as well. It’s that time of year! Yes, it is!!

We’ve been chugging along through the winter, side stepping the ice and snowstorms with some alacrity whilst also putting some Lake Keowee waterfront homes on the market. 236 Joe Jen is a special home with over 12 acres of property, two covered docks in place (with potential for more) and less than 10 minutes from the hospital and downtown Seneca. 308 Treetops Dr. is a spectacular home in one of the most sought-after communities on Keowee – Waterford Pointe.
