Yep, you read that right, we’re going to get some cooler weather over the next few days around lovely Lake Keowee. In fact, we’re looking at temperatures in the 50’s for the coming evenings. That’s awesome! Can’t wait to sit on the back porch, looking over the lake and enjoying a roaring fire. Might even roast a marshmallow or three! Don’t worry though, we still have plenty of days that will have South Carolina style faux fall temperatures. You can still enjoy diving into Lake Keowee for a few weeks more. Problem will be that when you get out those cooler temperatures will shock your system and make things little less jovial. We’re happy with the results of our middle week of September as we were able to close 5 sides that included two Lake Keowee waterfront lots along with an interior lot in The Cliffs at Keowee Vineyards. We were also able to add a new Lake Keowee waterfront lot and check out 3 new Lake Keowee interior homes for future listing.
