Drought conditions have not harmed our Lake Keowee real estate sales. Over the past week we’ve been able to put $2M worth of Lake Keowee are property under contract. Also, we’ve been able to close $1,725,000 in Lake Keowee real estate over the past week. As you can see, folks want to be on Lake Keowee and are willing to pay the price to make it happen.

We need your help to keep the ball rolling. Buyers are in the market looking for good properties they can enjoy over the summer of 2026. Many want to own a property by the time July 4th rolls around. That’s a little over 2 months from now so you need to get that Lake Keowee waterfront property on the market!

We here at Top Guns Realty, Mike and Matt Roach, are helping folks to plot their way to taking advantage of the summer of 2026. Over the past week, we’ve put a Lake Keowee interior lot under contract along with a Lake Keowee waterfront house. We also added two Lake Keowee lots to our inventory (Lot 59 Cove Harbor) and have set the stage for two more houses soon.

The good days of 2026 continue with Lake Keowee real estate, Top Guns Realty, Mike and Matt Roach. We were able to put 2 Lake Keowee waterfront lots under contract and close on a Lake Keowee waterfront house. Our hope is to put another Lake Keowee waterfront house under contract this week. Fingers crossed as we have 2 house offers in the works.

It was yet another great week as we were able to put 3 Lake Keowee waterfront lots and a Lake Keowee waterfront townhome under contract. We also went on a few listing appointments and will be putting a special property on the market by the end of this week, so keep an eye out. It may be just the right spot for you or a friend

Over the past week, we’ve been able to add another Lake Keowee home to the market at 110 Nautica Point. This home sits on a fantastic lot and has a cool fire pit, a beach and a covered dock with lift in place. We were also able to close on a Cliffs Falls South lot. While not as good as last week, we’ll still take it. 

Another successful week adding a waterfront lot to the under-contract pile while also working on another contract and finalizing the details on a few new Lake Keowee home listings. It’s that time of year and folks are starting to think about making the most of their summers by owning a piece of Lake Keowee real estate. Obviously, there are a few headwinds out there with impending gas price shocks, etc., but we don’t believe they will have a major effect on springtime sales. 

The winter season is still chugging along as well as we’ve been able to put another Lake Keowee waterfront home on the market and get it sold over the past week. We’ll also be bringing on two additional properties here shortly. Don’t delay, it’s time to get moving!

Although it was pretty, it didn’t lead to a lot of Lake Keowee waterfront property activity. As most folks tend to shy away from looking at lake property during a snowstorm. It even delayed us getting a couple of properties on the market. We weren’t sitting on our hands, though, as the cell phone still works just fine when it snows.
