Lake Keowee Real Estate Expert Blog Mid-terms
On top of the usual slowdown in Lake Keowee real estate activity as the days get chillier, we have the US mid-term elections coming up. That fact has a bit of an additional chilling effect on activity – folks minds turn more to politics, and they feel a bit more of and unstable situation. With stability comes additional activity, so we’d expect an uptick in activity once they are concluded. Biggest thing is GET OUT AND VOTE!
We’ve had good activity over the past week as we’ve been able to land a new Lake Keowee interior home listing in the Cedar Creek community and a new Lake Keowee waterfront listing, Lot 20 Wilderness Cove. It’ll be up and running in a couple of days, once we’re able to coordinate all the media production. We’re also working on a couple of buyer contracts, hoping to bring them to fruition here soon.
