A good end of October week for us here at Top Guns Realty as we added two Lake Keowee interior homes, 123 Summit Pine in Cedar Creek and 4 Commodore in Keowee Key. Both homes fit great spots in their respective listing categories with Commodore being the lowest priced home in Keowee Key and Summit Pine having a great long-range view with a boat slip in the community boat slip area. We’re excited about the prospect of them going under contract soon!

We’ve had good activity over the past week as we’ve been able to land a new Lake Keowee interior home listing in the Cedar Creek community and a new Lake Keowee waterfront listing, Lot 20 Wilderness Cove. It’ll be up and running in a couple of days, once we’re able to coordinate all the media production. We’re also working on a couple of buyer contracts, hoping to bring them to fruition here soon.

We love weeks like last week where we add a great Lake Keowee waterfront lot listing, Lot 3 Barefoot Cove, and close a Lake Keowee Waterford Pointe waterfront home, a Cliffs Communities interior lot and a Lake Keowee Interior home with a boat slip. That’s like hitting for the cycle with over $3M in closed Lake Keowee real estate.
