Business keeps on business-ing as we were able to close a $715,000 Lake Keowee waterfront lot this week and visit with a few folks about listing their property soon. As we all know (I know you know) now is the time of year to get your Lake Keowee property on the market. Most buyers want to be in their dream Lake Keowee property before the end of July.
