We are hopeful that business will continue as it has over this entire year. We’re looking at closing over $1M in Lake Keowee lots over the remainder of the week. After that things get a bit slower as the inventory remains lower than the number of perspective buyers. It’s still a great time for you potential sellers and if history is any indicator, folks love to look at Lake Keowee real estate in the fall. The views begin to open and you can walk up and down multiple properties without having to change your shirt.

For the most part, the inventory of good Lake Keowee waterfront property has been lower than the demand that currently exists. We still get listings that go under contract within days of hitting the market. Seems like that has been the norm for years now (at least since the first few months of Covid). Though, that is not what “normal” will be forever. The point being that you potential sellers need to sell while the selling is good. Buyers, just keep on keeping on. We’re working hard to get you guys the inventory you are looking for.

It was a week to remember. We sold Lake Keowee real estate by the fistful! We were able to get a Lake Keowee interior property with boat slip, two Lake Keowee waterfront lots, a Lake Keowee interior townhome, and two Lake Keowee waterfront houses under contract over the past several days. That’s just shy of […]
