Lake Keowee Real Estate Expert Blog 4 Days to Christmas!
And you haven’t purchased your new Lake Keowee real estate yet (or listed it so you could purchase a more expensive piece). Face it, it’s a much better gift than 3 French Hens, 2 Turtledoves, or a Partridge in any tree whatsoever! You’ve got to stop putting this off, procrastination is not a good look. We’re here for you to get that special Lake Keowee waterfront lot or home. Even around Christmas.
We are seeing more slowdown as we head into the most ponderous time of the year for Lake Keowee real estate. Doesn’t help that interest rates are high, though they have come down a bit over the last few weeks as banks are seeing their pool of borrowers dry up to Mississippi river levels. The market has been hot for quite a while now and this winter is the perfect time for it to cool down. We do expect to see increased activity once the spring rolls around as the “get on Lake Keowee” bug hits again. It will be interesting to see what level that activity achieves.
There will be new Lake Keowee waterfront homes and lots coming on the market and going off the market as usual and we expect there to be some really good deals. The key here is finding the right deal and if you aren’t looking, you won’t find it. Let us set you up on an automatic search. We’ll do it lickity split!! And…..MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!
