We were able to close on a Lake Keowee area home, as well as put some Lake Keowee area acreage under contract over the past week and we listed a Clemson condo. Buyer activity remains strong as properties continue to go under contract. Also, we are seeing an increase in inventory that’s outpacing the buyers by a bit. That’s to be expected this time of year as folks put their Lake Keowee properties on the market when the buyers are out in force. The number of buyers in the market will continue to increase until it hits a high point around mid-July.

It’s time to blow our own horn as we here at Top Guns Realty, Mike and Matt Roach, were able to close on one Lake Hartwell waterfront home, a Lake Keowee waterfront lot and a Lake Keowee interior lot over the past week. 2026 has been a great year for us so far as folks seem ready to make the move to get on Lake Keowee. We’ve also had several folks who have been ready to sell and move up to something new on the lake. With some headwinds in other areas, it’s rarely a bad long-term bet to own a good piece of real estate on Lake Keowee. Let me see you try and spend the weekend in your stock portfolio!

Another good week of moving Lake Keowee real estate as we were able to close 2 Lake Keowee real estate home sides and 2 Lake Keowee waterfront lot sides for a total volume of $2.748M. On the putting under contract side, we were able to put 2 Lake Keowee waterfront houses under contract for a total volume of $2.645M. On the listing side we added a great Lake Keowee waterfront lot, Lot 114 Harbor Point check it out here. Folks continue to buy into getting away from it all with a place on Lake Keowee! You should also while the gettin’s still good!

Drought conditions have not harmed our Lake Keowee real estate sales. Over the past week we’ve been able to put $2M worth of Lake Keowee are property under contract. Also, we’ve been able to close $1,725,000 in Lake Keowee real estate over the past week. As you can see, folks want to be on Lake Keowee and are willing to pay the price to make it happen.

Over the past week, we’ve put a Lake Keowee interior lot under contract along with a Lake Keowee waterfront house. The good days of 2026 continue with Lake Keowee real estate, Top Guns Realty, Mike and Matt Roach. We were able to put 2 Lake Keowee waterfront lots under contract and close on a Lake Keowee waterfront house. Our hope is to put another Lake Keowee waterfront house under contract this week. Fingers crossed as we have 2 house offers in the works.

It was yet another great week as we were able to put 3 Lake Keowee waterfront lots and a Lake Keowee waterfront townhome under contract. We also went on a few listing appointments and will be putting a special property on the market by the end of this week, so keep an eye out. It may be just the right spot for you or a friend

Things have been hopping here at Lake Keowee real estate experts Mike and Matt Roach’s office. We’ve been able to add a couple of great listings back to the market, 236 Joe Jen & 308 Treetops, and are working on several more. Also, we’ve put two houses and 2 lots under contract. That’s more than $8M in Lake Keowee real estate in little more than a week! On the days it’s warm enough for the moss to grow under our feet, that ain’t happening.

Around Lake Keowee, we bypassed the fun stuff and went straight to the un-fun stuff. Ice…it coats the trees and breaks limbs onto power lines and causes power outages. Currently our office is powerless, but fortunately we have power and internet service at home. I know how disappointed you’d be not to get this Lake Keowee real estate expert blog!
