Lake Keowee Real Estate Expert Blog We Need Listings
The Lake Keowee waterfront real estate market is still hopping like a frog on hot asphalt. Even though the “ruff-ruff” Georgia Bulldogs made our Tigers look like kittens on the offensive side of the ball (I mean that literally, it was offensive) they still looked great on the defensive side of the ball. A lot of new pieces and a tough opponent for the first game led to heartbreak on our side. Tiger nation still has faith that Coach Swinney and his staff will give it their best shot to help these fine young men achieve their potential (and there is a ton of it). It’s good to be the underdog moving forward (and maybe we’ll even get an opportunity to get out from under those Dawgs before it’s all said and done this year! Cough cough…playoff rematch anyone?).
A great week for us as we closed $6,954,000 in Lake Keowee waterfront homes and land. That’s the best volume week we’ve had in 30+ years of selling Lake Keowee real estate (well, maybe take out the grand opening of the Cliffs at Keowee Vineyards in 1997 – but that’s a different type of deal). We were also able to put one of our Lake Keowee waterfront listings under contract. The same one we listed last week, bringing our total listings down to one (again we normally have around 40-50).
