Lake Keowee Real Estate Expert Blog Thawing Out
The Lake Keowee area had the threat of additional snowy/wintery conditions over this past weekend but, per usual, nothing panned out, which is good thing. Two snows in two weekends around Keowee seemed somewhat ominous though I have no reason to think that…just felt ominous. Or fun, maybe fun. Yeah, it seemed fun. Let’s go with fun. Fortunately we are about to thaw out with temperatures reaching the 60’s today. We are in South Carolina as you know (best 4 season climate anywhere!!!!)
It was a good week for business as we’re adding a new Lake Keowee waterfront lot listing and hopefully a home as well very soon. We were also able to put a Lake Keowee interior home and waterfront lot under contract. Not bad for no inventory in the dead of winter.
Now it’s time for the broken record portion of our Lake Keowee real estate expert blog. WE NEED MORE LISTINGS! NOW US A GREAT TIME TO SELL! LET US GET YOU TOP DOLLAR ON YOUR LAKE KEOWEE WATERFRONT REAL ESTATE!
Nuff said.
