Well, we have finally made it to spring 2021 around Lake Keowee (and, dare I say, globally). A lot has happened since the spring of 2020 and we expect we are all ready to get back to a normal life. I think everyone has payed the “what do you miss the most…” game. There have been a lot of things to miss, the fortunate thing for us is Lake Keowee has been a great place for folks to come out and enjoy life safely. As the rollout of the vaccines continue, we expect things to get back to normal. How will that affect the Lake Keowee real estate market? Good question.
As of now the effect is still lots of folks are interested in getting their little piece of Keowee heaven as we have continued to add multiple sales to the board. Over the past week we have been able to put two more lots under contract and just added a new Lake Keowee waterfront home to the inventory. We would really like to add a few more Lake Keowee waterfront homes to our stable as there is a huge demand for them. We put 932 Bay Ridge Dr. on the market last night and it has already been sent out to 248 client portals, emailed out another 392 times and viewed by agents 108 times. Even had a tour set up within 10 minutes of it hitting the market… it’s a hot property!
