This weekend the weather on Lake Keowee promises to be very nice. Just imagine it; bright and sunny with highs in the mid to upper 70’s. Now imagine you are sitting on a pontoon boat with your favorite beverage and some cheese and crackers, etc. within easy reach. Then add your favorite few people to the mix and you’ll soon realize there is nothing but air and opportunity between you and that very scenario this weekend.

Well, you may need to go ahead and buy the Lake Keowee real estate, pontoon boat, etc. The good news is your favorite people will probably bring crackers. We’re here to help with the first part. Business was good over the past week as we put a Lake Keowee waterfront home and a Cliffs lot under contract. We missed out on one listing but added another so feeling pretty good about that side of the equation, as well.
