We are starting to run out of warm days around Lake Keowee. Today we’ll see highs in the low eighties and may get a week or two more of those, but as holds true every year, winter approacheth. Wow, that was ominous, forgot to get excited about the beautiful fall colors. You guys know how we love the fall colors around Lake Keowee. So, yes winter is coming but before that, let’s enjoy some fall y’all!

In the mean time, we’re still reveling in a summer that has led to many good closings around Lake Keowee. Over the past week we were able to close on a Lake Keowee waterfront home and show some Lake Keowee waterfront lots and homes to various excited and interested buyers. We’re looking forward to a great week of closings next week with over $8M in closings in the hopper. Mid-October is a fine time to put away those nuts to pull us through the winter (there I go again, picking on winter. We do expect sales to continue throughout the winter just not with such a high volume as summer).
