After a couple of big weeks of leaves falling, we are almost done removing them for the year. You always know, just after the majesty of the fall colors have come, you’ll have hours of blowing that beauty down a hill. The good news is everyone’s view has opened dramatically! We always say you never get the full understanding of a property until you’ve seen it during all the seasons.
Slower weeks this time of year allow more opportunities for us to go over advertising, marketing systems, etc. We’re ever striving to create new ways to get as many eyes as possible on our listings as well as getting as many people as possible to look at them in person. We’re also working hard to create buyer leads for other listings out there. It’s amazing how far we’ve come in 37 years. We were selling real estate on Lake Keowee when there was still such a thing as an actual printed multiple listing book. Yea, we’ve seen a lot of change while doing thousands of real estate transactions.
