The Lake Keowee area – us especially – really love football season. What a great way to get your mind off of everything else and focus on the trials, tribulations, feats and exploits of highly skilled college athletes. It’s amazing how much fun that can be. Silly, sure. Time consuming – absolutely. Fun, you bet your sweet bippy! This, of course, doesn’t mean you/we can’t sell/purchase Lake Keowee real estate. It just means we will not be available on several Saturdays until late January.

How’s business? Still good, but we’re still in great need of a lot more listings for all of these buyers. We are adding a lot to the market by the end of the week (once the remnants of Ida pass us by). She’s a hefty girl and can’t wait to get her out of here. We’re also closing around $8,000,000 worth of real estate this week. Will be an excellent slide into the weekend and the Clemson v. Georgia game in Charlotte (and yes, we will be there and no we will not be showing property on Saturday).
