Around Lake Keowee we are closing in on Football season (yes, I know, that’s happening everywhere). As we travel around Lake Keowee we see folk’s flying flags of their favorite teams – Clemson, Ohio State, Michigan, Florida, Georgia, USC, Wisconsin, etc. It’s a constant reminder that we have a lot of folks who’ve moved to the area from other ones. Isn’t it great that this area has become such a melting pot of varied people from around the country (and even a folks from other countries)?
And we are here to help everything keep on melting as we try and bring more and more folks to the area. The good news is there are still plenty of undeveloped lots and good builders who can put you in the que to get your piece of Lake Keowee paradise. The not so good news is, right now, there aren’t many lots to choose from. We do expect that to change, at a slow pace. The best thing you buyers can do is contact us, let us know the criteria for the home or Lake Keowee waterfront lot you are looking for so we can set you up on an automatic search.
As for you sellers. Sell, that’s implicit in your name. We need you to do it, you know you want to. Just think about all the great investments you could make. Or just have the cash to sit on if the market goes south, then invest when things bottom out.
Business remains good. We are adding a new house listing next week and maybe even a new lot listing. Were also closing in excess of $3M in Lake Keowee waterfront property this week. Can’t keep up that pace if you sellers don’t do what you do!
