Lake Keowee Real Estate Expert Blog Tropical Storm

Lake Keowee Real Estate Expert Blog Tropical Storm

Aug 18, 2021 | Posted by matt | Uncategorized |

I guess we could use the rain around Lake Keowee. Either way we are getting the rain all over Lake Keowee and the properties that surround it. Tropical storm Fred is dumping up to 3 inches or more of rain all over us. If you have to drive around, make sure you have your eyes open for flooding. It’s a lot more fun being in a warm, comfortable home than stuck in a flooded-out car on the side of the road.

Business remains strong despite the rain as we expect to get an offer on a home listings soon. We’ve also been able to close on one Lake Keowee waterfront lot over the past week. Add to that a bunch of summertime contracts getting ready to close over the next two weeks. All in all things continue to go extremely well in the Lake Keowee real estate market. That is save the inventory.

The inventory remains low with no clear-cut end in sight. We all expect that as the warmer days come to an end the demand will begin to wain a bit. Problem is even a waning demand is currently outpacing supply. We are anxious to add some new listings to our highly depleted stable. Now is probably a great time to put your Lake Keowee waterfront home or Lake Keowee waterfront lot on the market if you want to maximize sales price.

We’re here to help you do just that. If you’ve been thinking about selling after a long, fun summer on Lake Keowee. Now could be the right time. Give us a call or email 864-270-9186. [email protected] or [email protected]. We’ll get out and take a look at what you’ve got then let you know how the market will perceive it.

29 Essential Tips That Get Homes Sold Fast (And For Top Dollar)
Selling your home is one of the most important steps in your life. Here are 29 essential tips you must know…
For most people, selling their home means cashing in their biggest asset. In other words, it must be handled with great care if you hope to protect – and capitalize on – your investment.
This guide was written with on goal in mind: to give you the tools you need to maximize your profits, maintain control, and reduce the stress that comes with the home selling process.
Tip #17 The more prospects, the better
By maximizing your home’s marketability, you’ll increase your chances of attracting more than one prospective buyer. Why is this better? Because several buyers compete with each other’ a single buyer ends up competing with you.
