Around Lake Keowee we’re wondering if there is light at the end of the tunnel. Maybe a glimmer? Can we get back to normal sooner rather than later? What is the new normal? Kinda liked the old normal but change can be good, too. Will the huge surge in interest for Lake Keowee real estate change when folks no longer need to be afraid to get within 6 feet of someone else? Normal will certainly be a moving target. What is normal for Lake Keowee real estate? I’m sure there is a perfect equilibrium between supply and demand of Lake Keowee real estate and it probably only happens for 15 about seconds. Most of the time, and certainly depending on the piece of property, the buyer or the seller is in a better position to negotiate. Often it has less to do with the piece of property than with the other factors in the buyer and seller’s lives. Currently the sellers have the upper hand in most situations.
