Lake Keowee Real Estate Expert Blog Tons O’ Interest
For all of you potential Lake Keowee waterfront home or lot sellers out there we want to let you know there is still a LOT of interest from buyers. If you look back to last week’s blog we told you we had a home listing coming on the market. Well, it’s off the market and it sold for just shy of 10% OVER list price. If it’s in the right price ranges, folks are very interested in getting into Lake Keowee waterfront home. We were also able to put two more waterfront lots under contract as well as finishing up the paperwork for two more Lake Keowee waterfront lots and we hope to have them on the market by the end of the week. Again, a great time to put your property on the market.
It’s a bit chilly out there, but with the leaves off of the trees it’s a great time to take a look at a new property to get the full understanding of its surrounding area. It’s also a great time to go ahead and get under-brushing and other cleanup chores accomplished. If you need help finding someone to handle such tasks, please contact us for some names of folks who specialize in this area. We have a list of folks who’ve helped us or someone we know with projects around Lake Keowee and can be there for you as well.
