Lake Keowee Real Estate Expert Blog Southern Snow!
We had some, what I like to call, Lake Keowee Southern Snow over the weekend. It began around 8 PM on Saturday night and lasted for a few hours until everything was covered in a beautiful patina of white. By late Sunday it was almost completely gone – Southern Snow. That’s the kind we like around here. Happens on a Saturday, gone by late Sunday, ready for work on Monday. Still had plenty of fun while it was around here.
And we needed to be ready to work on Monday as business around Lake Keowee is still going strong, even in the dead of winter – with snow on the ground (in shaded spots). Over the past week, we’ve been able to list two Lake Keowee waterfront lots and put them both under contract. If you can’t tell, people are anxious to purchase Lake Keowee real estate. That leads us to an opportunity for you that is if you are an owner of such property, now is a fantastic time to put your property on the market. Current values are high as people look to get away from the cities and to a little slice of heaven on Lake Keowee.
