Lake Keowee Real Estate Expert Tween Times
The Lake Keowee area real estate market is still pumping right along, even through the time I like to think of as the “Tween Time”. Between Thanksgiving and Christmas that is when not much happens, right?…WRONG! That may have held some credence in previous years but starting last year and continuing into this one the Tween Time has been super busy. We here at Top Guns Realty, your Lake Keowee real estate experts, are pushing hard to add listings (just added a $5.8M dollar one) to our stable so that you buyers will have something to buy for Christmas (sellers, think of all of the Christmas presents you could buy with that money you have tied up in Lake Keowee real estate… we can help!!!). Santa’s elves’ work is never done!
Over the past week, even though it was Thanksgiving, we were able to close on a couple of waterfront Lake Keowee lots. We also expect to close on two more here shortly. Someday things will slow down, but it doesn’t appear to be anytime soon. As we continue to deal with variants of the virus along with a robust economy, people’s penchant for Lake Keowee waterfront real estate continues to be high. The only issue we have with continuing this incredible run is a lack of sufficient inventory.
You sellers think hard. As I said above, nothing lasts forever. Now is a great time to sell EVEN in the winter, for a change, as the number of buyers in the market remains high. No great market stays great forever. If it did, great would be average (a deepish thought for you to ponder…you’re welcome).
