We had a bit of a cold snap around Lake Keowee as temperatures dropped into the high teens at night over the past couple of days. And now, spring-like weather will be here soon as we will reach a high of 70 degrees by the end of the week. That’s South Carolina in a nutshell: schizophrenia on crack. It’s just that time of year. The time of year where you’d be very reluctant to hit the water without your best winter jacket then could go out in shorts and a windbreaker a few days later. The Deep South, gotta love it!
We were fortunate to close almost $1.5M in Lake Keowee waterfront real estate and put $400K under contract over the past week. We’ve also landed an interior home in Keowee Key to sell and are about to put a big track of Lake Keowee area land on the market.
