Another busy week as we’ve added a new Keowee Key home listing 20 Fair Wind Dr. and expect to add a large tract of land here shortly. It’s hard to believe we’ve already put a full month in the books in 2024, but it’s good to know it was better for us than last January. Hopefully, that trend will continue. We have some great listings that should go under contract soon and before we know it, we’ll be in the full-fledged Lake Keowee selling season for 2024. Back to busy as beavers.
