Lake Keowee Real Estate Expert Blog Fantastic Fourth!
Hope all you folks around Lake Keowee, and everywhere else for that matter, had a great 4th of July. I know we did. Watching fireworks is like riding on a jet ski; can’t do it without a big goofy grin on your face. There were several fire works displays to be enjoyed by water including ones at the Cliffs at Keowee Vineyards (see pictures above) and The Reserve. With July 4th being on a Monday, if you played your cards right, you could have seen displays on Saturday, Sunday and Monday. We Americans do love to celebrate the 4th!
At Top Guns Realty we were also able to get some business done by fielding an offer on a house as well as looking at a couple of new potential listings. We’ve got a really good feeling they will come to fruition and hit the market sooner rather than later. I know all of you buyers are waiting with bated breath as the market continues to have a lack of choices in many price ranges. There is still a lot of the summertime selling season remaining so hang in there…and then we are back to football season. Plenty of opportunities to go to contract, close on some Lake Keowee property and then enjoy it before it’s too cold to swim.
The good news is you can still enjoy your Lake Keowee property in any season. We have days in December and January in the 70’s where you can steal a bit of on-the-water Keowee fun (we also have days where I wouldn’t be caught out on the water – don’t like being cold).
Let us help you find that perfect Lake Keowee lot or home. If it’s not out there right now we can set you up on a search that will alert you as soon as one comes available in your category. If you’ve been thinking about selling – SELLLLLLLL!
