Lake Keowee Real Estate Expert Blog Baseball Season!

Lake Keowee Real Estate Expert Blog Baseball Season!

Feb 9, 2022 | Posted by matt | Uncategorized |

Lake Keowee enjoys a plethora of activities in the areas around her shores. There are beautiful mountains, numerous state parks, a variety of shopping venues, along with theaters, restaurants, clubs, etc… and, of course, my alma mater Clemson University. A primary harbinger of spring is the college baseball season and that is literally upon us as of next week as Clemson will play host to Indiana on Friday February 18th at 4 pm to officially kick off the season.

According to the local weather guessers, this week promises to give us a little preview of spring-like weather as we will see clear skies with temperatures in the lower 60’s. These are the kinds of days that get you primed for  fun in the sun on the shores and in the waters of beautiful Lake Keowee. Plenty of folks are anxious to enjoy owning property on Lake Keowee and are bringing their pocketbook to prove just how much they want your Lake Keowee real estate. Now is an incredibly good time to be a Lake Keowee waterfront or Lake Keowee property with lake access seller.

If you find yourself in a position where you are no longer out on Keowee as much as you used to be or you just want to cash in and do something else with the money, think hard about putting your property on the market. We’re here to help with that decision. Give us a call (864-270-9186) or send us an email ([email protected] or [email protected]) with the location of your property and we can get out there and take a look, getting back to you with what things need to be done to make your property market ready. We can also let you know where the market is concerning your specific property.

Don’t delay as we are only a month or so away from what promises to be a hectic selling season and you want your property on the market when the conditions are best.

How to Sell Your Home For The Highest Price Possible
Here’s how to avoid mistakes that could cost hundreds, even thousands of dollars, when you sell your home.
The old notion of caveat emptor – “buyer beware” – has been turned on its head. Lately, with all of the talk about “buyers’ markets” and “changing real estate values,” as well as the myriad complexities and legal ramifications of today’s real estate transaction, a more appropriate sentiment may be “seller beware.”
What to Look For During the Listing Presentation
Every agent you meet with will have a different style and a different way of presenting his or her services. During your meeting, think about how comfortable you feel with this person and how well they communicate with you.
This is your chance to evaluate this person at his or her “best” in a sales situation. If you don’t like what you see, think about how potential buyer for your home will respond.
What you should be looking for, first and foremost, is an honest and knowledgeable individual, working full-time and representing a solid and reputable real estate agency, who will treat your best interests as paramount.
Length of time in the business, track record of success, previous experience, expertise in and knowledge of the local real estate market – all of these are factors to consider.
While the right agent to market your home may not be number one in terms of every aspect, you want to make sure that the person you hire is a well-rounded individual who you can trust and respect as a professional.
