Lake Keowee Real Estate Expert Blog Reaching the Peak!
It is almost July 4th, 2021 around Lake Keowee (and everywhere else for that matter). The day when the United States of America, the greatest country in history, celebrates its independence and freedom. Also, it is the time when real estate activity is at its highest around Lake Keowee. Folks have that cabin fever and are ready to get out, double so when you add the extra pandemic lockdown blues sauce to the mix.
What does this mean to you who already own Lake Keowee real estate? In a word, opportunity. This news will not come as any great bit of news to those of you who read this Lake Keowee real estate blog religiously and are therefore quite well informed. We are in desperate need of new listings to get in front of these voracious buyers. Lots of folks out there looking to plant their stake in the ground on our beautiful lake front. The good news for us over the past week is we were able to put one of our latest listings under contract (put on the market Monday/under contract Friday). We were also able to list another Lake Keowee waterfront lot which will hit the market later this week. On top of that we closed 1 Lake Keowee waterfront house, 3 Lake Keowee waterfront lots and one Lake Keowee interior lot with boat slip. That’s 5 sides and $1,785,000 in volume – in a week. TA DAAA!
