Lake Keowee Real Estate Expert Blog 4th of July!
Lake Keowee Summer just got here but it seems like it’s flying by. We are only a couple of weeks from the Independence Day holiday, which is the pinnacle of the Lake Keowee real estate season (that’s not entirely true because the busiest week is actually July 10-15 but let’s not nitpick, shall we not?). Temperatures have already been steamy for a couple of weeks making the time on the water even more fun and even almost necessary.
We’ve been able to keep business moving along nicely as we closed a Lake Keowee waterfront home and Lake Keowee waterfront lot this week as well as putting 189 acres on Lake Keowee under contract. We have a line on a couple of new house listings that we hope to get on the market in the next week or so to go along with the house and Lake Keowee lot we put on the market last week. Like I said, moving along nicely.
Fortunately, many of you have heard our pleas and decided to get your Lake Keowee property on the market. The market remains strong even with the higher interest rates. The Fed is doing their best to slow it down a bit so don’t forget you’ve got to strike while the iron is red hot!
