To start thinking about getting out on Lake Keowee, that is. I know my kids will be ready to get in the water around mid-March which is just around the corner. For you folks who don’t already own a home or property on Keowee, don’t forget you can always rent one. This will give a sweet taste of “the good life on the lake”. Make sure you give our property manager, Rick Miller 864-784-9977 a call to set something up for the spring or summer or heck even March. Dates are still available.

The good news is our slow season hasn’t been so slow. Still a lot of folks ready to make offers on properties out around Lake Keowee. We’ve gotten two such offers over the past week and have added 4 properties to our listing inventory with expectations of adding at least 2 more (maybe 3!). The only problem we have right now is getting all of the videos and photos completed between the intermittent rain that’s been pestering us lately. Pictures just don’t look as tantalizing when it’s raining and gloomy outside.
