Maybe 2023 will be a good, consistent year for Lake Keowee real estate. We’re not expecting a throwback to 2021 but a year like 2019 would be just fine, thank you very much. You know, good but not too good. It’d be nice to go through a season without the threat of catastrophic change every other week. At least it seems like we are always on the cusp of something major about to unfold. It may help to spend less time watching and reading dopamine inducing, attention grabbing, clickbaity headlines and more time on Lake Keowee enjoying the beautiful outdoors.

No matter how you slice it we have had a pretty good first quarter of 2023. The last couple of weeks have done wonders for the outlook as we’ve added 8 deals to the board with 6 of those being waterfront lots on Lake Keowee. That’s good stuff right there, even if it’s not the best stuff we’ve ever seen.

We’re anxious to keep the pretty good year going but we keep selling off all of our inventory. This is where you guys come in, you’ve got to sell so we can sell. Prices are still good, and buyers are ready to pay them. We have folks still waiting for that perfect Lake Keowee waterfront real estate to hit the market and it will never happen if you don’t act. Then where will we all be? Begging for that dopamine hit. You know I’m right.
