It’s official! According to us, Lake Keowee is open for the spring/summer season of 2023! It coincides with the official opening of major league baseball on Thursday, March 20th being the first day of spring, but mostly I did also get a feeling that it was time to get the jet ski out on the water as it was like 80 degrees yesterday. Seems like just a week or so it was in the 30’s (because it was) but now its jet ski season, so go figure.

Another better-than-expected week on the sale side of things as we were able to put 3 Lake Keowee waterfront lots under contract. Wait, what? You say? Yep, 3. Bet you didn’t even know there were three good opportunities on Lake Keowee right now. Well, that was until we sold them. Really though, there are good properties for sale in several categories and you’ve got to be ready when something new hits the market. That’s what happened in these situations. Folks had been waiting for the right thing to hit the market and when it did, they pounced. You could be next and we can help you with that.
