Here around Lake Keowee we’ve already completed 2 weeks of the New Year and are all trying to shake off the holiday sluggishness and get back into the swing of things. It remains a difficult time (for reasons too numerous to enumerate) but fortunately there is some real light at the end of the tunnel. At this point all we can do is keep fighting hard to stay the course and be there for each other however we can – without getting too close, of course.

Keowee real estate remains active even with cold weather and threats of snow. Over the past week we were able to put over $2.6M in Lake Keowee waterfront real estate under contract. We were also able to close a $500K+ piece of Lake Keowee waterfront real estate (an awfully nice waterfront lot!) and list another beautiful Lake Keowee waterfront lot. Another week, another busy and awesome week!
