Yet another good week for Top Guns Realty around Lake Keowee. We’ve been able to put an interior Lake Keowee lot with dock slip under contract and two houses, as well. Consistently having these kind of weeks makes everybody happy on both ends of the deal. Fortunately, the ink has barely had time to dry on one contract before the next is being drawn up all throughout the Thanksgiving holiday and well into the pre-Christmas season. Don’t know if we can keep up this hectic pace – it’s been dreary and rainy for two days now – but it’ll be fun to try!

As you can see above, people are out looking for homes and lots to purchase around Lake Keowee. This is happening year round now folks, but it always happens a little more slowly this time of year and through January, February and March. We usually start out the New Year with extra time to do the little things that the hectic pace of mid-July doesn’t allow. Over the next couple of weeks we will analyze everything about our organization and look for ways to improve our systems, advertising and skills. The great thing about this time in world history is there are so many great new technologies available. The best part is figuring out how to best implement them.

Just a few short years ago, I was duct taping a lipstick camera to a toy drone to get the first drone aerial videos around Lake Keowee, now we’ve got a state of the art system with 4K video with incredible clarity. I just received a pair of glasses that records video in 3D, 360 degrees (Superman eat your heart out). How are we going to incorporate that into our marketing? You got me, but we will and in a few short months it will be commonplace (there will be lots of toy drones stuck in trees between now in then so please help yourself if you can reach one).
