Lake Keowee Real Estate Expert Super Week!
Lake Keowee is getting ready for the Super Bowl as many of the good folks around here are planning events for the upcoming game. Getting ready to watch a hopefully a major battle that isn’t overshadowed by the millions of dollars spent on advertising. Hmmm. So, what have we done over the past week? Showed a good bit of property; had 4 property tours that led to one offer that we hope to finalize shortly. It’s been a great week around Keowee for scoping as the weather has been quite cooperative, if not just a bit chilly. The view to the mountains has been crystal clear and over the past few days the temperature has gotten up into the lower 60’s making us yearn for the start of baseball season. Unfortunately, according to that marmota monax we have 6 more weeks of indoor basketball.
The good news is we still believe there will be plenty of days that are perfect for taking pictures and video of your Lake Keowee waterfront real estate in order to get it on the market.
