The Lake Keowee real estate market seems to be in a bit of a holding pattern with the election eminent. We’re still seeing activity; we put a house on the market last week and had two listing presentations with both folks on hold until we get some direction on the political front. We’re also getting buyers for our current listings, but at a bit slower pace (combination of the season and the election). It’ll be interesting to see how things move forward come November 6^th (fingers crossed we’ll have some clarity by then).

As stated above we are still seeing activity in all phases of Lake Keowee real estate. We were able to close a $1M+ dollar home last week and will be closing a Lake Keowee waterfront lot this week. Sounds like a fairly normal week here at Top Guns Realty. Just like for the last 26 years (as Top Guns and 36 years in real estate on Lake Keowee). There have been a lot of ups and downs, but we’ve been here for you guys for a long time. If we haven’t helped you yet, hopefully it’ll be soon!
