Around Lake Keowee it’s becoming a bit brisk in the mornings as the temperatures at sunup are in the lower 50’s. By the afternoon they’re still bouncing up nicely to the mid 70’s making for perfect boating, golfing and all the other random outdoorsy stuff. We LOVE this time of year. The crystal-clear skies are perfect for drone tours, pictures and videos. It’s also a beautiful time to look at property as the leaf colors are beginning to pop out in earnest.

We’ve had another good week closing on over a million dollars in Lake Keowee real estate, locking down a new Keowee Key listing and meeting some folks to talk about listing their house in the morning. We’ve got a couple of good Lake Keowee waterfront lot tours scheduled, as well. Before too much longer it’ll be cold for realz and activity will slow (fo reel fo reel).

The good news is we still have several weeks of incredible weather to look forward to and some good listings for folks to check out. Once we get past the elections we should see a bounce in activity even with the cooler weather. (Fingers crossed!) As always, we still need good listings as there are plenty of buyers still anxious to get their hands on a bit of paradise!
