The number of buyers looking at all of our sites continually rises until about mid-July then begins to slowly wane. Many if not most folks want to have a property closing on or before the July 4th holiday so they can enjoy it to the fullest in their new Lake Keowee waterfront place. So, it’s easy to see where you potential sellers come in. Now would be a really good time. A great time, actually.
We put a Lake Keowee lot on the market last week and quickly got it under contract. Yea! We had another two Lake Keowee lots that we had under contract lose that designation and will be back on the market shortly. That’s a net loss in sales for the week. We don’t like those. The good news is both lots that are going back on the market are special and should be right back on the board shortly and with all of you potential sellers taking the hint from paragraph one we expect to add another property or two into the stable.
