Mother nature has seen fit to give us a couple of gorgeous days followed by a few rainy days in an effort to get the pollen out of our eyes and breathing passages and off of everything else in sight. Quite cordial of her. We’re starting to see weeds popping up all around as the weather is getting better and better and things that grow are, well, growing. Along with that is coming an ever-expanding number of listings for y’all to check out!

We will be putting two Lake Keowee waterfront lots, an interior lot, an interior house and a waterfront home on the market in the coming couple of weeks. Just got to get everything done so they are ready when they hit the market (under-brushing, cleaning, permits, etc.). We were able to close a Lake Keowee waterfront lot along with getting these listings going so it’s been a really good week. Hopefully, a precursor to what the rest of the spring/summer selling season has in store for us! 

You potential sellers don’t get left behind. Take the “potential” off the moniker and let’s become actual “sellers”! We can help and now is the time!
