…all around Lake Keowee as we enjoy some truly gorgeous days. The high temperatures this week have been in the 50’s with skies that dreams are made of. Now are the days to visit all of the viewing areas around Lake Keowee. For reelz, you can even head up to the highest point in South Carolina – Sassafras Mountain. It’s actually just 30 minutes or so from most of Lake Keowee and you can get a full view of Keowee and Jocassee and much, much more. Great cheap entertainment; just a little gas money for a fun day trip.

How’s business? Still very good as we’ve been able to add a couple of listings to our Lake Keowee inventory. One is an interior lot in the Keowee Bay subdivision, Lot 83 Keowee Bay and the other is an interior home with a boat slip – 229 Mountain View Pointe – in Mountain View Pointe. Both are excellent listings and ones we expect to get under contract very quickly.

We can still use new listings, however. Because now is the time to get your property up to snuff in preparation for getting your Lake Keowee real estate on the market. Maybe take a few pictures from your decks, etc. where you can get a real feel for the best views. It’s almost impossible for a photographer to get the great shots you see when they are there for the day and you are there all the time. Days like today, when the air is clear and cool gives you some of the best long-range photos.
