What we’ve all been anxiously awaiting here at Lake Keowee is finally  here! Full-fledged summer!!! The kids are all out of school and the lake beckons for everyone’s attention and participation. Not to mention, it promises to be an excellent Lake Keowee real estate selling season.

So far we’ve had another really good June as we added another house listing last week, fielded an offer on a home and put a Lake Keowee waterfront lot under contract. We expect to put another lot on the market here shortly as well. All systems go!

The biggest and most important thing we still need is new Lake Keowee waterfront listings.
