We are working hard adding new properties to our inventory. We added an interior lot in Keowee Key last week (close to the clubhouse – lot 27 Club Cottages) and are looking to add a couple of waterfront lots this week (just have some cleaning up to get done). We’re also expecting to close two Lake Keowee waterfront lots by the end of the week at a bit over $1M in volume. All in all a good week, especially for December. If all the weeks of December were this good it’d be July!
