Lake Keowee Real Estate Expert Blog Here We Go Again
Hope you didn’t get too attached to the sunshine we’ve seen for the last couple of days because headed our way is the rest of winter. 5 or so days of rain punctuated by snow. Great news… if you’re a Yeti. After last week I think we’re all more than just mostly done with the rain. My daughter used to say, “I love rainy days!” now she doesn’t love them anymore as of two days ago. Too much of a good thing. Fortunately for all of us, there is no such thing as too much Lake Keowee! Maybe the “too much” line is out there somewhere in Tomorrowland but I surely don’t see us crossing it any time soon.
Yet another busy week as we keep our proverbial foot on the gas trying to sell as many Lake Keowee properties as we can. We put two lots and a house under contract last week and we’ve been out and about looking at properties for owners, letting them know what they need to do to get it on the market. Even the rain can’t stop us, as we’re on par with the post office. That is until we get to that rainy/snowy thingy.
If you are thinking about selling, now is the time to get your property ready and on the market. We can get out to your property, even in the rain, and give you an idea of what it’s worth and what you need to do to get it worth as much as possible.
Don’t delay, call us today!
Once you have a list of several names, call each of them and explain that you’re thinking about selling your home. Ask them if they have any information they could send you, since you’d like to be able to make a decision about which agent to interview before you list.
The most professional agents will have personal brochures that introduce you to them and let you know a little bit about who they are and how they work.
