Lake Keowee Real Estate Expert Blog Help Us Help Us
Great Lake Keowee News! We listed 3 new Lake Keowee waterfront lots!!! Better news is we sold them all within a couple of days! Bad news is we sold them all (really good news!!! But bad in terms of us having inventory). So….after all of that we are back to where we were last week, needing more listings to sell. The way I see it we’re doing our part; marketing and selling Lake Keowee real estate at an impressive rate. Time for you guys to pick up the pace. How do you expect us to keep being “impressive” if we don’t have anything to impress you with? Seriously, though, if you’ve been thinking about selling your Lake Keowee real estate – home or land, now is still a GREAT time. Added bonus: you won’t have to keep up with the maintenance over the winter!
As you can see above, it was another good week here at Top Guns Realty as we’ve been able to a $2+M home under contract and two Lake Keowee waterfront lots. That will put us over the $40M in real estate sold mark for the year and should lead us into our best year ever. The only hold up is…see above. We are anxious to get out to your property and get the video walk-through, aerial video, 360 degree video, pictures, etc. completed so we can get it on the market (see what I did there? An assumptive listing.).
The last thing you want to see is us with nothing to sell and out on the golf course, being a menace to society. Help us to help ourselves. List your Lake Keowee property, it can be a house or lot or acreage – we don’t care, with us. Save a golf course, won’t you?
