Lake Keowee will be rocking over the next few days as we hit the pinnacle of the lake selling season. For some unexplained reason, we seem to be in the midst of a strange summer, at least so far. Possibly it’s due to the weather being a bit cooler and the amount of rain we’ve received over the last couple of weeks. It’s almost like we haven’t gotten into that summer grove yet. The really good news is there’s still plenty of summer left to get our groove back!

We’ve been active with tours and listing appointments over the past week, putting one of our listings under contract and expecting to put another lot under contract soon. We’ll have a nice new Lake Keowee waterfront house to show off by this time next week and hope to have it under contract by the following week at the latest. Got to keep the ball rolling! 

We still need your help. A few of you potential sellers have moved over to the actual selling side (see above) but not enough of you. Now is the time to have your Lake Keowee real estate on the market. List it over the next couple of weeks and you can still use it up until you close in a couple of months…perfect if you ask me! Just ask us how, we’ll make it happen! Groovy!
