Around Lake Keowee we are closing in on Football season (yes, I know, that’s happening everywhere). The not so good news is, right now, there aren’t many lots to choose from. We do expect that to change, at a slow pace. As for you sellers. Sell, that’s implicit in your name. We need you to do it, you know you want to. Just think about all the great investments you could make. Or just have the cash to sit on if the market goes south, then invest when things bottom out.

Business remains good. We are adding a new house listing next week and maybe even a new lot listing. Were also closing in excess of $3M in Lake Keowee waterfront property this week. Can’t keep up that pace if you sellers don’t do what you do!

First responders were called to a boating accident Saturday night on Lake Keowee. A woman was taken to Prisma Health Oconee Memorial Hospital after the wreck. (Jerry Beard | The Journal)
