The kids are being welcomed back to school around Lake Keowee and which results in a bit slower pace on and around the lake. Each year things pick up once school lets out so it’s only natural we have an equal and opposite reaction. That, of course, doesn’t mean things are dead, no f from it as business continues to boom for 2026.
Over the past week we were able to close $2,795,000 in Lake Keowee real estate and we fully expect to close another $2,765,000 for next week. We’ve also put $1,450,000 in Lake Keowee real estate under contract this week and added another beautiful Lake Keowee waterfront Lot 86 Peninsula Pointe South. These are the kinds of weeks that lead to a great year and, fingers crossed, we’ll have a few more great weeks before 2026 ends.
